House Clerk Monahan Deposed in House of Delegates Special Session Lawsuit…

“The chief clerk of the House of Delegates was questioned for more than four hours during a deposition Wednesday in a legal case brought by Republicans who are seeking to overturn more than $1.3 billion in tax increases passed in Maryland’s special session.”
